Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
Mmmmmm, I’m still dreaming of these cauliflower buffalo wings…….who else was deep couch sitting surrounded by tons of food this past Sunday for Super Bowl Sunday…? I know I was 🙂 Besides the outcome of the game, I was feeling great the entire night due to some extremely favorable but much healthier versions of your “traditional” super bowl Sunday dishes. I whipped up these delicious cauliflower buffalo wings, homemade guacamole, quinoa pizza bites, fresh salsa and some kombucha spritzer 🙂 YUM!
These cauliflower buffalo wings are so incredibly spicy and crispy on the outside with the most tender and juicy center that you will be jumping around with excitement, I know I was….haha. I don’t normally make too many dishes that include making a flour batter but these were a must try! Even if you are chicken wings #1 fan, I still suggest always experimenting with new foods and surprising your taste buds, you’d be very amazed. Cauliflower can play as a base in many different recipes and the best part about it is it can soak in the flavors of your choice. So give it a try! I will link to the recipe below.
