Cauliflower….yes you heard that right
Homemade Cauliflower Pizza Crust…yes, you read that correctly. Cauliflower 😀 If you know anything about me, you know I love to cook but especially cook extremely delicious yet clean and healthy recipes. I have made cauliflower pizza crust in the past but it didn’t have anything on this combination of ingredients. For all of the guys out there thinking…are you serious? Gross. You are missing out. It’s pretty crazy amazing and the ingredients help sneak in lots of vegetables you might otherwise never eat.
So give it a try ☺️ Here is the video of Anna Jones cooking the recipe for Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube’s Channel. Side note…Anna Jones website (if you click her name in the previous sentence you can be directed there) is a GREAT website to stay inspired with eating good, clean, and healthy delicious meals. One of my other personal favorite recipes is her, Grains and Grilled Avocado Barley Bowl. Simply leave out the Feta Cheese to make it Vegan and add some extra Grilled Avocado and there ya go. Click here for the entire recipe and video!
This is how I like to spend a Friday night during November 🙂 Homemade food, good tunes, maybe a little rose and my camera. P.S. For all you meat lovers out there, there are a few photographs of another semi-homemade pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms 🙂 Check out the photographs below and also tell you some extra ingredients I wanted to add to the pie. Yum!
If you like this recipe and me blogging about some fun recipes to make during your spare time, let me know by commenting below and/or sharing this post so I will know if I should do a few more like this!

A few extra ingredients I added to the Pizza that Anna Jones had originally left out were artichokes, asparagus, garlic, and a few tomatoes.
