In my previous post of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse Bridal Shoot (check it out here) I expressed how much I was in love with the weather this day! It had been crazy windy for two straight weeks and then we got a few rainy days and then THIS. A beautiful blue sky, puffy white clouds, a light wind, gorgeous spring greenery, and a peaceful beach. Immediately when I woke up that morning and I out the door with my pup and my camera and started exploring. After so many long days of administrative work in the office, I needed this.
I went to one of my favorite spots on the beach in Buxton and was just in awe of the view. I could have stayed here all day long.
Our lighthouse is one of the most famous and recognizable lighthouses in the world and I couldn’t wait to share these images with you all. I believe that are some of my absolute favorites. I am so thankful for days like this on Hatteras Island. There truly isn’t any other place I’d rather be.
