Acai Bowl – The Superfood Smoothie :)

I’ve been making this Acai Bowl – Superfood Smoothie Bowl for so long now that it feels like second nature to whip this up after my morning workouts. It’s so delicious, filling, protein-rich, and AMAZING for your bod.  The overall health benefits are out of this world and you truly will feel so great the rest of the day.

What I put into the blender….

1 Banana

1 Packet of Sambazon Acai

1 tsp of Ground Flaxseed

1 tsp of Cinnamon

½ tsp of Tumeric

1 tsp of Maca Powder

1 tsp of Cacao Powder

A pinch of Camu Camu Powder

Coconut-Almond Milk

Splash of Coconut Water

Toppings….

1-3 Tbsp’s of Hemp Seeds

1-2 Tbsp’s of Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp of Pumpkin Seeds

1 Tbsp of Shredded Coconut

1-2 Tbsp’s of Cacao Nibs

Goji Berries

Bee Pollen

Great Source of: Powerful antioxidants, heart healthy omegas, fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Cacao nibs

Great source of: antioxidants, fiber, magnesium, potassium, and polyphenols
