I’ve had people ask me in the past, “do you ever feel your job is repetitive?” and without hesitate, I say, “no, not at all.” I feel honored to document a wedding day for two people who lives lead them to creating their own family. Every wedding that we have ever photographed has been unique, special and so gorgeous in their own way. Photographing weddings on the Outer Banks leads you to lots of different venues, beach homes and ceremony locations all around the coast, tons of amazingly talented vendors to help shape the day, but most importantly, we are documenting one of the most special days for two people so in love that they will begin their lives together as a married couple. We get the chance to celebrate them with their family and friends and capture all of the memories and love shared. Every couple has their own way of expressing affection, showing their personalities through the details throughout the day and creating their overall wedding day visions.

Jacob and Megan, now also known as, Mr. & Mrs. Bushart 🙂 , celebrated their stunning wedding day at the Grande Ritz Palm in the Carolina Dunes of Duck, NC; One of the most luxurious estate homes on the Outer Banks! With all of it’s vibrant colors, spanish details, custom stone, lsuh tropical vibes and artistic design, it’s absolutely one of my favorites venues on the Outer Banks and I feel like it was the perfect location for Jake and Megan. From their intimate and gorgeous first look, to the ceremony on the sandy beach by the water and the cocktail hour and reception by the pool, it was stunning. We felt so moved by the love and emotion that their friends and families shared during the toasts and speeches and we felt simply honored to be there with Megan and Jake and capture their wedding day!
